Visiting Core Wellness Centre for the First Time?
At Core Wellness Centre, Clinic Director Dr. Kris Dorken, DC, meets with new patients to discuss their concerns and help identify the appropriate service.
Dr. Kris Dorken, DC, is registered to practise as a chiropractor in Ontario and is a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
If another regulated service is appropriate, the practitioner responsible for that service will complete their own assessment and discuss the available care options with you.
Please bring any identification, insurance information, referral documents or claim information that applies to your appointment.
Where We Are Located
Core Wellness Centre is located at 726 St Clair Ave W on the north side of St Clair Avenue West, between Arlington Avenue and Christie Street.
The clinic serves patients from St Clair West, Hillcrest Village, Wychwood, Humewood, Oakwood Village, Forest Hill and surrounding Toronto neighbourhoods.
