Multidisciplinary Care on St Clair West
About Core Wellness Centre
Our clinic offers chiropractic care, physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, osteopathic manual care and related musculoskeletal services. Each patient’s recommendations are based on their health history, assessment findings, needs and goals.
Chiropractic, physiotherapy and registered massage therapy services are provided by professionals registered with their respective regulatory colleges in Ontario.
Our Approach to Care
Our goal is to provide clear, respectful and personalized care that helps patients understand their options.
Care begins with a discussion of your symptoms, health history, daily activities and goals. The appropriate practitioner will complete an assessment before recommending a care plan.
Depending on your needs, your practitioner may:
- Explain their assessment findings
- Discuss available care options
- Recommend exercises or activity changes
- Provide appropriate hands-on care
- Monitor your response and progress
- Refer you to another healthcare professional when needed
When more than one clinic service may be appropriate, practitioners can discuss coordinated care with you. Each professional remains responsible for the services they provide within their own scope of practice.
